২. ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহার করা প্রত্যেকটি ছবি মনের মতো’র নিজস্ব ডিজা়ইন। বিনা অনুমতিতে এই সব ছবির / মনের মতো’র লোগো / “মনের মতো” ব্র্যান্ডের নামের অন্য কোথাও কোনো রকম ব্যবহার কপিরাইট আইনের বিরুদ্ধে এবং সেক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী:-
মনের মতো প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যা, প্রশাসনিক সমস্যা বা নিরাপত্তার কারণে যে কোনো মুহুর্তে, তাদের সার্ভিস থামিয়ে দিতে বা বন্ধ করে দেওয়ার অধিকার রাখে।
এই ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহারের ফলে হওয়া কোনো রকম ক্ষতির দায় মনের মতোর নয়।
দাম সংক্রান্ত তথ্য :-

রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসিটি ঠিক কীরকম?
মনের মতো তে রয়েছে এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসির সুবিধা । রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড নয় কিন্তু বিশেষ কিছু ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রোডাক্টের আ্যামাউন্ট ভ্যালুর সঙ্গে নতুন প্রোডাক্টের অ্যামাউন্ট ভ্যালু এক্সচেঞ্জ বা অ্যাডজাস্ট করে দেওয়া হয়। কোনো প্রোডাক্ট তখনি এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হবে যদি পার্সেল আনবক্সিংয়ের সময় দেখেন সেটি আগে থেকেই ভাঙা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় আছে। তাই প্রতিবারই আপনাদের একটি আনকাট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। এবং যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ডিসপুট থাকে, তবে সেই ভিডিও আপনারা আমাদের WhatsApp নম্বরে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে পাঠান। আমরা কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই আমাদের সিদ্ধান্ত আপনাদের জানিয়ে দেব।
পার্সেলের ভাঙা/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্রোডাক্টটি আপনারা নিজ দায়িত্বে পোস্ট বা ক্যুরিয়ার করে আমাদের পাঠাতে পারেন। ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত জিনিসটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর আমরা নতুন জিনিসটি পাঠাব। নতুন জিনিস পাঠানোর শিপিং চার্জ মনের মতো দেবে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ বা এই জাতীয় যেকোনো অভিযোগের জন্য আনকাট আনবক্সিং ভিডিওটি করা ও আমাদের পাঠানো বাধ্যতামূলক।
প্রোডাক্ট ক্যান্সেল করা যায়?
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে যাবার পর সাধারণত আর সেই অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা হয় না। তবে আপনাদের অর্ডার পাওয়ার পর আমরা আপনাদের / কাস্টমারদের ফোন করে অর্ডারটি রিকনফার্ম করি। সেই সময় যদি কোনো অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল হয় তাহলে তা হতে পারে। কিন্তু ফোন করে কোনো অর্ডার রিকনফার্মড হয়ে গেলে আর তা ক্যান্সেল হয় না।
টাকা পেমেন্টের পর অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করলেও কোনো পরিমাণ টাকাই রিফান্ড হবে না।
আপনার পার্সেল ডিসপ্যাচ হয়ে যাবার পর বুকিং ডিটেইলের কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
তাই, অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার নির্দিষ্ট অর্ডারটি দেওয়ার পর আমাদের তরফ থেকে ফোন করা হলে সঠিক ভাবে সহযোগিতা করবেন।

The following Terms & Conditions are applicable to all the users, who use www.monermoto.in, a website which promotes business between the buyers and the brand Moner Moto, without any third party.
Until you fully agree with these Terms & Conditions, you are not allowed to place any order.
I. The site is designed, updated, and maintained by monermoto.in. You should not use, publish, modify, sell, transfer, perform or display any of our content.
monermoto.in is protected by copyright and other laws.
II. The images which Moner Moto (monermoto.in) provides, are completely designed by its own. Any kind of use of any of our photos, our Logo and name is strictly prohibited and may invite legal actions.
Terms of Use:-
Moner Moto has the right to suspend or cancel the service at any time for technical issues, administration of service and the security purpose. We will not be responsible for any kind of damage caused by the use of this website.
Pricing Info. :-
We try to provide the best prices. You will receive the products by paying the exact amount which will be shown on the site. The price and availability of the products are subject to change without any prior notice.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
At moner moto we have an exchange policy. Return and refund are unavailable but in some special cases we exchange the amount value of a damaged or broken product with a new product or adjust it accordingly. This kind of exchange is only valid if and only if the customers find the product damaged or broken at the time of parcel opening. That is why we request everyone to record an uncut unboxing video of the parcel and if customers find their product damaged or broken they have to send us the unboxing video to our Whatsapp number immediately. We will respond as soon as possible.
Customers can send us the damaged product through courier at his/her own risk spending the complete courier charge. Once it is received the exchanged product will be dispatched for free of cost from our end.
To claim an exchange or any kind of complain, customers must send us the unboxing video to our whatsapp number.
Cancellation Policy
After booking a product, we will call the customers to reconfirm the booking. If a customer wants to cancel the order they can do it when we call them to reconfirm. After reconfirmation orders can not be cancelled.
If customers want to cancel an order after payment is done, we won’t be able to refund the paid amount.
After an order is dispatched, the delivery details can not be changed. That is why every customer is requested to co-operate with us when we call them to reconfirm the order.
Shipping Policy
The time of shipment of the product depends on the destination it is being shipped.
If the destination is in west Bengal, it takes near about 2 days and if it is out side West Bengal, it may vary (5 to 6 days). In this case we provide tracking ID as per customer’s demand.
Please note : Once the parcel gets dispatched from our end we will no longer be responsible for lost parcel and delay in delivery.
